Mountain Green Ultra Baby Detergents Review

The demand for natural baby detergents is rising. Most mothers have opted to use organic soap than commercial brands due to its health benefits. Recent studies revealed how intoxicating certain ingredients in these chemical detergents are, which are absolutely harmful for the baby and the mother as well.girl watching the dryer
Whenever I shop for detergents, I only look for two brands: Babyganics and Mountain Green. Mountain Green Ultra Baby is one of the popular organic laundry detergents on the market. I have used Mountain Green after I have read reviews about it online. Their line is complete of all-natural laundry products. From detergents to fabric softeners, whether you want to purchase in big gallon bottles or small packs, they have it.

Mountain Green products are free of harsh chemicals, phosphates, phosphorous, artificial dyes and other toxic ingredients. Ultra Baby Detergent contains organic ingredients such as purified water, natural and biodegradable vegetable based surfactants (coconut or palm), orange rind oil, and mild food-grade preservative.

Their Ultra Baby Detergent is great on removing tough stains on clothing. I tested it on my sons’ shirts that were badly stained by spaghetti sauce. We were at a children’s party and my boys couldn’t stop playing. They spilled sauces on their shirts. I was very much impressed by the result.

This product is concentrated, which means less soap and more load. I just used a few cups for my entire family’s laundry. It has completely removed the stain as well as kept my boys’ clothes smelling fresh. There are no remnants of the spaghetti sauce accident at all. Also, there’s no sign of discoloration or fading on my sons’ clothes.

On the other hand, always soak your laundry first in water before you actually wash them with this detergent. It cannot clean clothes with dried up stains. Do not use this soap if you’re washing cloth diapers. It is too mild.

If you can’t purchase a fabric softener, do not purchase the detergent. Personally, I like my sons’ clothes soft and scented. Washing with Ultra Baby alone is not enough. You need to rinse it with a scented softener for softer and less abrasive clothing.

Nevertheless, Mountain Green Ultra Baby Detergents remain one of my favorites next to Babyganics. I always go for organic cleaning products since it is safer to use for my children. I am confident that there are no harmful residues left on the clothes and no intoxicating fumes. Plus, it contributes in saving the environment.
